SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 4–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–10 business days. Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
In the event of exceptional circumstances (including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, or public health emergencies), delivery times may be extended by up to 2 additional business days beyond the initially estimated period.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you.
