Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important:
Returns must be approved before being sent. The return address will be provided after approval. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care goods

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item (after approval) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
